You will have an AES Employment Consultant assigned to manage your job from start to finish. Our AES Consultants are trained both in traditional recruiting, researching and sourcing as well as the techniques and process specific to AES’s (RPO) methodology. You define what part of the recruiting process you wish to have assistance with, some or all. Our consultants work with stakeholders within in your organization to develop job requirements and candidate profiles that help assess and identify the best person for the position. This is based on the technical skills and personality traits that are required to excel in that position, not the best resume!

Requirements of our process are simple
- Develop the parameters of your search. Design the job description, create the candidate profile, and develop pre-interview questions.
- Review and approve the job description, candidate profile, and pre-interview questions designed by AES.
- Check your personal AES Console. Once candidates are found, screened and pre-interviewed, AES notifies you by email that you have candidates available for review in your personal console. At your discretion, you can schedule an interview, extend an offer, or decline with a click. We do the rest for you.
